What happens if I change my mind?

💳 Before you complete your purchase

If you’ve placed a deposit but haven’t finalised the sale yet:

  • Your deposit is fully refundable

  • Just let us know and we’ll process the refund — no questions asked


🚗 After you’ve taken delivery

Every CarPlace car comes with our 7-Day Money Back Promise — if you change your mind within 7 days, you may be eligible for a full refund (less any applicable fees).

To be eligible, here’s what’s required:

  • Notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery

  • The car must have travelled less than 500 km and be in the same condition as when delivered

  • All keys, logbook, accessories, and documents must be returned

  • You’ll need to organise the car’s return (we may help with this, at our discretion)

  • If the car was financed, the loan must be cancelled and the vehicle returned with clear title
