Every CarPlace car comes with our 7-Day Money Back Promise — if you change your mind within 7 days, you may be eligible for a full refund (less any applicable fees).
To be eligible, here’s what’s required:

Notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery

The car must have travelled less than 500 km and be in the same condition as when delivered

All keys, logbook, accessories, and documents must be returned

You’ll need to organise the car’s return (we may help with this, at our discretion)

If the car was financed, the loan must be cancelled and the vehicle returned with clear title
