  1. Place a fully refundable deposit on the car you want

  2. Our contact centre will get in touch to walk you through the next steps

  3. You can:

    • Book an appointment to view and complete the purchase in person

    • Or finalise the paperwork remotely if you’d prefer to have the car delivered

  • Complete the entire car-buying process online

  • Organise delivery — without ever needing to visit a collection point
