We want you to love your new car — but if something doesn’t feel right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery under our 7-Day Money Back Promise.
✅ What you need to know:
To be eligible for a full refund:

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

The car must have travelled less than 500 km

It must be in the same condition as when it was delivered (including cleanliness and fuel level)

All keys, accessories, logbook, and documents must be returned

The car must not have been involved in an accident or used for commercial purposes

You can only use the 7-Day return twice in a 12-month period
🚗 What’s the process?

Contact our team in writing within 7 days of delivery

We’ll arrange a re-inspection of the car

You’ll return the car (or we may help arrange the return)

If the vehicle was financed, you'll need to cancel the loan and return it with clear title

Once everything checks out, your refund will be processed within 7 business days

You’ll need to cover return costs unless we agree to assist

If the car has been damaged or exceeds the 500 km limit, fees may apply
