Do I need to bring anything with me to trade in my car?

If you’re trading in your car with CarPlace, we’ll need a few things to make the handover easy and efficient:

• Valid driver’s licence

• Vehicle registration papers or transfer forms

• Spare key(s)

• Service logbook/history (if you have it — this helps us assess condition and value)

🔁 If there's finance owing on your trade-in:

• Bring your payout letter or the details of your finance provider
  (Don’t worry — we can help settle the balance for you.)
